RAMANAGARA: A accidental fire broke out in a plywood godown located in the industrial area within Ramanagara Town on Monday morning and all the items in the godown were completely gutted.
The godown belongs to one Shoaib and had been locked for the past several years. On Monday morning, a fire broke out accidentally, and the old machinery and plywood sheets inside the godown were completely burnt to ashes. An electrical short circuit is suspected to be the cause of the fire in the godown.
As soon as the fire was noticed, locals informed the fire department. Firefighters, who arrived at the spot, were successful in extinguishing the fire.
