Fire at automobile store destroys goods worth lakhs on JC Road

BENGALURU: A fire broke out at an automobile store on JC Road on Monday night, destroying goods worth lakhs. Luckily, there was no casualty.

The fire broke out due to a suspected electrical short circuit and burnt down tyres and cans of oil stored in the store. Seven fire tenders fought the blaze for four hours.

A case has been registered at the Kalasipalya police station.
