BALLARI: Actor Darshan, accused in the Renukaswamy murder case, has finally got a TV in his cell in Ballari jail.
After the third time, Darshan’s request has been accepted by the jail authorities. Darshan had requested for a TV five days ago, and today, a TV has been installed in his cell.
According to jail rules, a TV can be provided, but due to repair issues, it was not provided until now. However, today, a 32-inch TV has been installed in Darshan’s cell.
The actor’s first request was for a surgical chair, the second was for permission to make phone calls, and now, his request for a TV has also been accepted.
Ganesha Chaturthi was also celebrated at Ballari jail, where Darshan is an undertrial.
