BENGALURU: A Class 4 girl student allegedly died after consuming a protein supplement given at school at Kaveri Nagar in Banashankari. The deceased girl has been identified as Zoya (9). She was studying at the Nammura Government Urdu Lower Primary School at Karisandra.
The parents of Zoya claimed that, on Tuesday, teachers gave protein pills to the children at the school. After consuming the pill, Zoya fell ill in the classroom. The school teachers immediately admitted the girl to a local hospital. But Zoya’s health deteriorated again at night and she died without responding to treatment.
