KALABURAGI: The Kalaburagi CEN police have registered a case following an objectionable post against minister Priyank Kharge and Congress leader Yathindra Siddaramaiah on Instagram from a handle called gulaam_gang.
The FIR was registered based on a complaint by Youth Congress activist Amarnath. The complaint said that speeches of Priyank Kharge and Yathindra Siddaramaiah had been edited to insert objectionable words to troll them.
The complaint said the social media post and the trolling had hurt the sentiments of Congress workers and sought action against the person using the Instagram handle.
