BBMP takes up revision of voter list ahead of next year’s Lok Sabha polls

BENGALURU: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has taken up voter list revision in view of next year’s Lok Sabha polls. The exercise, which started today, will go on for a month.

Voters will have an opportunity to add their names to the voter list, change name, residence and delete their names between July 21 and August 21. Voters can make the desired changes online or throug the block level officers (BLOs).

The special drive is being taken up on the directives of the Election Commission of India.
