BAGALKOT: Members of the Banjara community belonging to Muchakhandi thanda in Bagalkot taluk have continued their protest on Tuesday against the internal reservation for the Scheduled Castes announced by the government.
The Banjara community members expressed their anger at the BJP government and threw BJP flags, took off some flags from buildings and electricity poles.
The protesters shouted slogans against BJP and demanded that the party’s MLAs discuss about internal reservation.
The protesters also paid tribute to present BJP MP and MLAs of Banjara community. A video of tribute to the leaders of Banjara Community has now gone viral.
