BENGALURU: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will hold meetings from April 1 to 4 to clear any confusion among the party’s probables for the upcoming Assembly election, on the outskirts of the city.

Shah will scrutinise the list of probables from all districts during the four days and hold meetings with the district unit presidents to finalise the candidates for the election. Following this, the state unit will forward the list to the party’s central election committee.

From March 31, the party’s central observers will also elicit opinions from the district on the probable candidates during their visits. From the next day itself, Shah will scrutinise the opinions and the list of probables before the central election committee takes a final call.
