BENGALURU: Amid the bypoll heat, the Congress central leadership is planning to evaluate the performance of all its ministers.

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) is believed to have sought individual reports of all ministers in the form of a booklet about their achievements over the last one-and-half years with data. The reports are to be submitted by the end of November.

The move has come as a surprise for ministers in the Chief Miniter Siddaramaiah’s cabinet and has generated a lot of curiosity. However, it was not known what the Congress central leadership plans to do if it finds any of the ministers under-performing.
