‘Shishya’ Deepak back on silver screen as villian in ‘Veeram’

BENGALURU: After a few years of break, actor Deepak is back in the film industry through a full-fledged negative character in the movie ‘Veeram’. Deepak has earlier acted in ‘Shishya’ and several other movies. Now, he is restarting his movie career in a different way with ‘Veeram’. Also, Deepak shares the screen with renowned artists in the movie.

Prajwal Devaraj had already acted various roles, but, in ‘Veeram’, he plays the role of a fan of late actor Vishnuvardhan for the first time. Vishnu fans would surely be excited to watch this movie. This is a film that has mass and class elements and the trailer, which has already been released, has raised audience expectations.

Producer K M Shashidhar has produced the move under the Shashidhar Studios banner. ‘Veeram’, an action thriller, is his third project. ‘Veeram’ means a person who is not afraid of anyone. His other two movies were ‘Daughter of Parvathamma’ and ‘Sugarless’.

Prajwal Devaraj and Rachitha Ram are in the lead roles. Actor Shruti plays Prajwal’s elder sister, both being fans of Vishnuvardhan in the movie. The movie songs and trailer have got tremendous response from the audiences.

Khader Kumar has directed the action sequences for this film which will be screened across the state on April 7.

The movie, directed by Khader Kumar, is a complete package of romantic action entertainer and there is thriller element in the second half. The story wrote by keeping in mind the character of Vishnuvardhan. So, the film team has dedicated the movie to the late actor.
