KALABURAGI: The Suburban police have arrested three accused after two men were fired at near the Aland checkpost in the city on Sunday.
The accused have been identified as Dastaiah Guttedar, Raju Guttedar and Shantabai Guttedar. However, the main accused, Basaiah Guttedar and his accomplices are on the run. On Saturday afternoon, Basaiah Guttedar fired three round, pointing his pistol at Chennaveera Patil, over a property dispute.
The first bullet hit Channaveer Patil in the left arm. Chennaveera Patil tried to run away from the spot, but the second shot, which was pointed at him, hit another person named Aboobacker who was witnessing the fight between the two groups. When the firing started, he tried to run away from the spot, but he was shot in the leg. The third round was fired fired in the air.
An FIR has been registered against ten people at the Suburban Police Station.
