Lokayukta police conduct raids on five sub-registrar offices, seize excess cash

CHIKKABALLAPUR: The Lokayukta police raided five sub-registrar offices in Bengaluru Rural district on Thursday evening and seized about Rs 2.5 lakh in unaccounted cash.

The raids were conducted at the sub-registrar offices in Devanahalli, Doddaballapur, Nelamangala, Anekal and Hoskote by a team led by Lokayuka SP Praveen Nejjoor. However, no arrests were made.
