BENGALURU: A man, who had taken a house on lease at Raghavendra Layout in Chikkabanavara for Rs 20 lakh has alleged that the property owner trespassed and indulged in vandalism only for asking for the lease agreement.

The complainant Hemanth G had taken a house on lease for Rs 20 lakh from the owner Pranesh Achar and Nirmala. Even after several months of taking the house on lease, the agreement copy was not given to him.

The house owner Pranesh Achar had also taken Rs 50 lakh as loan from Hemanth and allegedly cheated him by not returning the money. An FIR has been registered at the Chikkabanavara police station and further investigation is under way.
