BENGALURU: A case has been filed against KPSC chairman Shivashankarappa Sahukar’s daughter, Suma for allegedly submitting fake documents for the post of Industrial Extension Officer.
The KPSC Secretary has filed a complaint at Vidhana Soudha police station. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered at Vidhana Soudha police station under BNS Sections 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) The fraud came to light during verification of candidates’ documents. The documents showed the family’s annual income as only Rs 40,000. However, the father Shivashankarappa’s income is more than Rs. 40,000.
The father, who is the KPSC chairman, draws a monthly salary of Rs 2,25,000. Suma has been accused of trying to misuse reservation by submitting false documents. Hence, a complaint and case have been filed seeking legal action against her.
