CHIKKABALLAPUR: Unidentified miscreants poured petrol and set fire to vehicles parked in front of a house at Arsanhalli village of Chikkaballapur taluk in the wee hours on Friday.
The miscreants set afire a Bullet motorcycle, Honda Activa scooter, a TVS Star City motorcycle, along with a tractor and a car that were parked in front of Prakash’s house in the village. One of the the motorcycles was completely charred while the seats of the other two-wheelers and the tractor were burnt.
The miscreants set the fire around 2 am and fled the scene. The family woke up hearing the sound of the explosion caused by the fire and doused the flames by pouring water. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Nandi Giridhama police station who visited the spot and have initiated further legal action.
