Thieves break into house, steal gold jewellery and cash, make futile bid at temple

BIDAR: Thieves broke into a house while the family was away and decamped with gold, silver, and Rs 10,000 in cash on the outskirts of Hulsoor town. The thieves had entered the house by breaking the lock and door on Saturday.

The house belonging to Yuvaraja Raosab Inchuru was ransacked and gold, silver jewellery, and cash were stolen.

Hulsoor police visited the spot along with the dog squad.

The thieves also broke the lock of the Sai Baba temple and tried to open the donation box, but were unsuccessful.
