All, except two, stampede victims discharged from Bowring hospital

BENGALURU: All, except two people, injured in the stampede during RCB’s victory celebration near Chinnaswamy Stadium have been discharged from Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospitals. The two remaining patients are still undergoing treatment at Bowring Hospital and doctors hope to discharge them tomorrow or the day after.

The two patients are both fans and undergraduate students, one from KR Pura in the city and the other from Chikkamagaluru. Both had suffered leg fractures and underwent surgery. They are currently receiving treatment in the orthopaedic ward, doctors at Bowring Hospital told Public TV.
