BENGALURU: A 49-year-old woman died on the spot after falling from fourth floor of her house at Sipayi Galli, Thyagaraja Road, Vinayaka Nagar in Anekal on Tuesday evening. The deceased was been identified as Bhuvaneshwari.
It is said that recently she was suffering from depression and was mentally unwell. On Tuesday evening, she had gone to the fourth floor to remove the clothes hung out for drying when she fell to her death.
Due to severe bleeding after the fall, Bhuvaneshwari breathed her last on the spot. The body was sent to Anekal government hospital for post-mortem examination. A case has been registered in Anekal police station regarding the incident, and further investigation is under way.
