BELAGAVI: A 14-month-old boy child was run over by a recklessly driven tractor, at Tolagi village in Khanapur taluk. The deceased child is Vikram Chandrashekar Naikar.
Vikram was playing in front of his house when Yuvaraj Rangannavar was driving the tractor recklessly with the music on full blast and ran over the child.
The family rushed the child to a hospital, but he died enroute. The Nandgad police have registered a case.
