BENGALURU: A youth was electrocuted to death while he was trying to charge his mobile phone at a paying guest accommodation where he was staying in Rajajinagar on Friday night. The deceased was identified as Srinivas (24).
The youth, who hailed from Bidar, was pursuing a course in software in the city. It is suspected that he was electrocuted either by the charging cable or the switch board.
The Basaveshwaranagar police have registered a case and taken up further investigation.
