DHARWAD: A wrestler, who was on a morning walk along with a friend, died suddenly after he suffered a cardiac arrest and collapsed near Madihal locality in the city early on Wednesday.
Sangappa Baliger, a native of Dodawad village in Bailhongal taluk, was residing in Dharwad. As Sangappa and his friend were walking along the road when he suffered a cardiac arrest at 6.39 am and collapsed when they were returning home.
The friend and a few passersby tried to revive him, but in vain. The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera installed at a school nearby.
