MYSURU: A woman was mauled to death by a tiger attack while grazing goats near Moorband Hill in Mysuru’s HD Kote taluk. The deceased farmer woman has been identified as Chikki, a resident of Malada haadi near N Begur.

A tiger suddenly attacked and killed the woman while she was grazing a goat. Police said that the tiger had dragged the body 200 meters into the forest. N Beguru division Forest Department officials visited the spot.
