BENGALURU: A woman lawyer in High Court was assaulted and abused in foul language by a mother-daughter duo on the High premises on Wednesday afternoon. The provocation for the attack was, however, not immediately clear.
The woman lawyer, Sulakshana Darpan, was talking with her clients regarding a case when suddenly, the mother-daughter duo of Shravani Reddy and Radha Reddy assaulted the lawyer.
Other lawyers who were present there immediately called 112 and the police immediately took the mother and daughter to the police station. An FIR has been registered against Shravani Reddy and Radha Reddy at the Vidhana Soudha police station.
