BAGALKOT: A young woman, who was crossing a road in Mudhol town, was hit by a car and flung some distance around 6 pm on Monday. Luckily, she survived with some injuries.
In CCTV footage, the woman can be seeing crossing the Mudhol-Ingalagi road in front of the the old tahsildar’s office at an opening in the median when she is knocked down by a car. Due to the impact, she was flung a little distance and hit the median.
While the car did not stop at the place, some locals immediately rushed to the aid of the injured woman. The police are now trying to identify the woman and also trace the driver of the car.
