KOPPAL: A man allegedly forced a woman to write a death note that she was herself responsible for her death and then sexually assaulted her. The victim has since lodged a complaint with the Kushtagi police.
The woman was working in an electrical store run by Veeresh Nayak (47) and had recently quit her job. The victim, in her complaint, claimed that Veeresh had been sexually assaulting her for the last three years.
Angered that she quit her job, Veeresh allegedly forced the woman to write a death note and videographed it. He also created a ruckus in front of her house, the complaint said. The Kushtagi police have taken up further investigation.
