BENGALURU: Following the news of actor Yuva Rajkumar, son of veteran actor Raghavendra Rajkumar, and Shridevi heading towards separation, she finally broke her silence and said “I believe that truth and justice will surely prevail”.
After Yuva Rajkumar has approached a family court for divorce, Shridevi posted on Instagram.
In her Instagram post, she mentioned that, “It is very unfortunate and very painful that he is now publicly making crass false allegations about a woman’s character. This person was supposed to maintain professional integrity”.
“Despite the many pains of the past few months, I remained silent to maintain the dignity and respect of the family”, she wrote and added that it was unfortunate that he is levelling accusations without respecting her decency and humanity.
Shridevi is pursuing higher graduation at Harard University in the US. Shridevi made some serious accusation in her post saying, “I am shocked and saddened by Yuva Rajkumar’s behaviour. I have suffered mental harassment. He has wronged me along with the family. I have experienced mental, physical harassment, financial harassment, abuse and humiliation. He has had an affair with his co-actress since last year. I came to know about this last December. I have been sent out of their house”.
In her post against Yuva Rajkumar, seh said tthe co-actress used to come to Yuva’s house. “He has cheated, he has cheated me. He was caught red-handed in the hotel with his co-star. I am not responsible for any financial loss, I have not cheated financially. My gold ornaments and belongings worth crores are now at their house. Dr Rajkumar Academy was suffering losses earlier and I put in a lot of effort to better it. All the allegations against me are false”.
According to Yuva Rajakumar’s lawyer Cyril Prasad, “Shridevi has an extramarital relationship. This has hurt the dignity of the family. We have given notice to her. About Rs 3 crore of money was transacted from Yuva Rajkumar’s account to her account illegally. There are apartments in Bengaluru, 20 sites in Mysuru. She bought land in Mysuru. She lied and did her Masters in US and married another person. All the accusations against Yuva Rajkumar are false. She threatened and tortured Yuva”.
