CHAMARAJANAGAR: Hours before Karnataka votes in the Lok Sabha election, videos of liquor being distributed in Chamarajanagar have gone viral on social media. Curiously, the liquor bottles and tetra packs carrying pictures of Congress candidate Sunil Bose and his serial number.
Meanwhile, the flying surveillance team apprehended block Congress president Asgar while he was distributing money among voters at Gundlupet Circle in the town. Acting on specific information, the officials visited the spot and seized Rs 1.10 lakh from Asgar and handed him over to the tahsildar.
