BENGALURU:Two scooter-borne youths were apprehended by the Hennur police after they were found throwing firecrackers on motorists in HBR Layout.
The incident, captured on a car’s dashcam, which was behind them, shows a pillion rider on a two-wheeler throwing firecrackers on to the road, posing a significant risk to drivers and passengers.
The police have booked the duo for endangering public safety.
