BENGALURU: Two siblings, who were going to college on the first day after their vacation, died on the spot after a speeding water tank hit their bike in Doddanagamangala under Electronics City police station, Bengaluru.
The deceased have been identified as Madhumita (20) and Ranjan (18), residents of Kempegowda Layout in Doddanagamangala. The incident occurred a few days ago, but came to light only now.
Ranjan had taken the two-wheeler to drop off his elder sister Madhumita at college on the first day of college after vacation. Their bike was hit by a speeding water tanker in a head-on collision, and the two were crushed under the rear wheels of the tanker.
