MYSURU: Two leopards have been caught on CCTV cameras roaming around Dodda Kanya village in Mysuru district. The villagers had earlier feared that tigers were on the prowl.

The Forest Department, which checked CCTV cameras from houses and farm houses and also pug marks, has now confirmed the presence of two leopards in the vicinity of the village.

A few weeks ago, a tiger had been spotted in the area, causing anxiety among the villagers.
