Tumakuru farmer dies in honeybee attack

TUMAKUR: A farmer died after honeybees attacked him while grazing cows at Beechanahalli village of Kunigal taluk.

The deceased farmer has been identified as Ramanna (48). Another farmer survived the attack.

The honeybees attacked the farmers after a beehive on a tree in a field was disturbed.

A case has been registered at Huliyurdurga police station.
