AMARAVATI: “Truth Finally Prevailed”, said the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) after the Andhra Pradesh High Court granted bail to party chief Chandrababu Naidu in the alleged Skill Development case.

The interim bail has been granted for four weeks. Naidu is expected to come out of jail by 4 PM in the evening today.

“Despite all the efforts by the ruling YSRCP to constantly put N. Chandrababu Naidu under scrutiny and label him as a criminal, they finally failed today. This shows how the YSRCP is afraid, scared, intimated and terrified of TDP,” the TDP said in a release.

Chandrababu Naidu was granted bail due to health reasons. He has been ordered to surrender on November 24. The court will hear arguments on the main bail petition on November 10. The TDP supremo has been ordered to not participate in any other program except his medical check-ups at the hospital.

“Fearing that the High Court or Supreme Court might grant bail as they haven’t proved anything till now, they have manufactured a new case. Time and again, when YSRCP failed to gather strong proof to support their false narrative they concocted another false case yesterday so that they could put a visionary leader behind bars and restrict him from interacting with his own people,” the TDP added.

“We have seen how YSRCP MPs have talked about killing him inside the jail, and we have seen how YSRCP has constantly tried to put him in the wrong light. Today, we have witnessed how our visionary leader, who courageously led the battle for 52 days, has finally seen the truth find its own path,” the party added.

The party further announced that the leaders have organized a rally from Rajahmundry to Vijayawada via different routes finally reaching Vijayawada.

“As the truth has prevailed and N Chandrababu Naidu is finally walking out of the prison as a washed pearl, the TDP leaders across Andhra Pradesh have organized a rally from Rajahmundry to Vijayawada via Vemagiri, Ravulapalem, Tanuku, Tadepalligudem, Bhimadolu, Dendulur, Eluru, Hanuman Junction, Gannavaram and finally reaching Vijayawada,” the party said.
