DHARAWAD: A truck was completely gutted after an accidental fire broke out in the vehicle on the bypass road on the outskirts of the city early on Friday. Luckily, no one was hurt.
The truck was carrying cotton seeds, which acted as fuel to the fire. By the time the Fire and Emergency Services personnel reached the spot, it was completely charred. The firemen later put out the fire. The Dharwad Rural police visited the spot and have registered a case.
