RAMANAGARA: Despite several measures taken by the police following the spate of accidents on the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway, such instances continue to recur at an alarming frequency.
On Friday morning, a truck, a KSRTC Airavat bus and two cars were involved in a serial accident near Nelligunte Kere close to Bidadi. All the vehicles were heading to Bengaluru from Mysuru.
As a result of the pileup, the occupants of the cars sustained minor injuries. The Bidadi police arrived on the scene and cleared the road for traffic. The police have also filed a case in this regard.
