CHAMARAJANAGAR: A female tiger and three of its cubs were captured near Kallahalli village in Gundlupet taluk, Chamarajanagar district in the wee hours on Monday. The tigress had been causing trouble in the area, attacking cattle and creating fear among farmers.
The Forest department tracked the tigress using camera traps and tranquilised it. The villagers of Kallahalli breathed a sigh of relief after the tiger was captured.
