TUMKUR: Three evangelists were arrested in Maraluru Dinne by the Jayanagar police on Sunday for alleged attempting religious conversion by inducement. The arrested accused were identified as Jessi, Sara and Chethan.
It was allegedly said, the three attempted to lure a few people with money to convert from their religion. The incident occurred on December 13. Bajrang Dal activists reached the spot on receiving information and handed over the accused to the police.
