SHIVAMOGGA: A youth and a burqa-clad girl were found suspiciously moving around different parts of the city on Sunday. The couple, who claimed that they were from Kashmir, randomly went around houses seeking financial assistance.
Locals, who got suspicious, immediately alerted the police who arrived on the scene and took the two for questioning.
