BENGALURU: A man with a dagger harassed a woman by stalking her while she was walking on the road in broad daylight near Vivekananda Nagar Residency in Pulakeshinagar. Luckily, another woman came to the rescue of the woman who was being harassed, and the accused fled from the place immediately. The act was recorded on the CCTV camera.
In the available video clip, a stranger with his face covered with cloth, can be seen chasing a woman with a dagger and attempted to snatch her mobile phone. Noticing that she was being harassed, another woman and a security guard came to her rescue.
Locals have expressed outrage that Hoysala patrolling is not being done properly in the area. The incident took place in the jurisdiction of Pulakeshinagar police station.
