BENGALURU: A history-sheeter suffered fractured bones after falling from an under-construction building while trying to escape from the police occurred in Soladevanahalli.
The rowdy, Spot Naga, had stabbed a youth with a knife and gone into hiding and the police were on the lookout for him. Upon learning that he was in his under-construction building, the Soladevanahalli police went to his house.
Nagaraj a.k.a Spot Naga became alert as soon as he came to know that the police had arrived. When the police went to arrest him, the accused tried to attack the police and, while attempting to escape, lost his balance and fell from the building.
A case has been registered against the accused for obstructing and threatening police on duty, and he has been arrested.
