KOLAR: The Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) police have issued externment notices to a rowdy father-son duo as part of the ‘Clean KGF’ campaign to banish notorious rowdies.
Abhi Cyril alias Abhi (20), a rowdy, and resident of Suisaipalayam in KGF city have been externed to Yadgir city limits. He was involved in 11 cases at Andersonpet police station, including one murder, five attempted murders, and one assault. Abhi has been involved in rowdy activities since he was a minor.
His father Gnana Prakash alias Ajja (54), has also been externed from KGF. He is a resident of 2nd Block, Andersonpet, KGF city. Gnana Prakash has 11 cases registered against him, including three attempted murders, two for assault, and one each under KP Act, housebreaking theft, and Arms Act.
Due to his unchanged behavior and involvement in several illegal activities including threats and extortion, he was ordered to be banished to Bagalkot city by KGF SP Shivanshu Rajput.
