BELAGAVI: Huge rocks and boulders have been slipping from the Gokak hills on to the road connecting Konnur, posing a danger to motorists.

The rocks have started coming loose during the rains as the soil gets washed away. Locals fear treading on the road and say continued instances of rocks falling may affect traffic between the two towns.
