BENGALURU: A retired police sub-inspector has been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with a seven-year-old child of his tenant.
Abdul Hafiz (75) was arrested by the Shivajinagar police after a tenant alleged that he had behaved inappropriately with their seven-year-old girl child.
