VIJAYAPURA: Rats in general compartments of trains have become a nuisance for passengers as they are not being cleaned properly.
A recent video doing the rounds on social media shows rats freely moving under the seats of the Hyderabad-Vijayapura Express train with many complaining that the rodents are giving passengers a torrid time.
The rats are also attacking the luggage of passengers and food items and robbing them of sleep. Several passengers have complained to the railway authorities to ensure their safety and to maintain cleanliness on the trains.
