KOLAR: Forty two minors from Bihar, who had arrived in Bangarpet by train, were taken into custody by Bangarpet police in Kolar district.
The 42 children got off the train in Bangarpet and were waiting at the bus stand when police grew suspicious and questioned them. Since they did not give proper information, Bangarpet police sent the children to the KGF children’s home.
Two hazrats (teachers) were taking the children from Bihar to a madrasa in Haveri. Police are currently verifying the documents. The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Bangarpet police station.
