CHIKKAMAGALUR: A police sub-inspector got a man, who had spat out gutka in Koppa government bus stand to clean it himself.
Police sub-inspector noticed a man spitting gutka in the bus stand and accosted him. He got the man to clean the spot where he had spat with bottled water.
Later, the officer advised the man that consuming gutka is harmful to health and even warned him against spitting in public.
