BENGALURU: The Parappana Agrahara police have detained 14 accused in connection with the murder of history-sheeter Siddapura Mahesh near Hosur in Tamil Nadu and are questioning them.
Those detained include Siddapura Sunil, Kannan Vela, Pradeep, Manu, Grace Walter, Srinivasa alias Papa, Gokul, Suresh, Karthik and Wale Praveen. The police arrested 11 accused on Sunday night and three were arrested today. The accused are not giving out any clue about the prime accused, Wilson Garden Naga, sources said.
The prime accused rowdy Wilson Garden Naga and double-metre Mohan are absconding. The rival gang murdered Mahesh to avenge the death of an associate. The gangs of Siddapura Mahesh and Wilson Garden Naga had a running fued.
The police have intensified the interrogation of the accused under the supervision of senior officers.
