YADGIR: A pair of oxen ploughed 22 acres of cotton and toor dal crop in 10 hours, which is more than what farming machines. The oxen belong to farmer Ramanagowda of Yalagi village in Surpur taluk in Yadgir.
The pair of oxen achieved the feat by ploughing cotton and toor dal fields despite latest technology available in agriculture these days.
The villagers appreciated the achievement of the oxen pair and celebrated it by colouring theoxen’s body after their record performance.
