MANGALURU: A 19-years-old nursing student died of cardiac arrest following low blood pressure at Neria village in Belthangady taluk of Dakshina Kannada district.
The deceased has been identified as Suma (19). A first-year nursing in Mangaluru, Suma was at home after receiving treatment for ill-health.
On August 9, she consulted a doctor at a local hospital and got treatment. Later, her health worsened again on August 11 and she was treated at a hospital in Mangaluru and recovered. But, on the evening of August 13, she fell sick again and died on the way to the hospital due to low blood pressure.
