Naveen, who owns a Hyundai Creta car, which damaged in the accident, expressed his anger, saying that the BMTC hires unqualified drivers, which leads to such accidents. “The driver seemed too young and was driving it at high speed. It seems he had some health issues. Everybody was panicking after seeing how fast he was driving. The company hires people like tthis and puts our lives at risk. Several people, including and auto driver, suffered minor injuries, and they were shifted to the hospital for treatment”.
He demanded that the authorities take responsibility for the damages and ensure that drivers are properly trained and screened before being hired.
