NIA takes 2 more, who were in touch with Musavir, in custody

BENGALURU: It has been more than three weeks since the bomb blast at The Rameshwar Cafe at Brookefield in the city, but the bomber has not been found yet. Now the NIA officials have taken two more people into custody, who were in contact with the prime accused Musavir Hussain Shajib.

The NIA has detained several suspected persons and it revealed that the accused identified the cafe blast suspect as Musavir Hussain Shajib. Another suspected terrorist, Abdul Mateen Taha, has been absconding for about four years.

Following the revelation, the NIA team intensified the investigation and took two people into their custody as the duo had met Musavir and helped him reach The Rameshwar Cafe.
